…and on the last day of the Festival…

Monterey Jazz Festival LogoWe invite you to celebrate the longest-running jazz festival in the world! The Monterey Jazz Festival kicked off in 1958 with its first lineup that included artists like Dizzy Gillespie, Louis Armstrong and Billie Holiday. This star-studded presentation spotlights the “traditional-untraditionalist” attitude, jazz-with-a-purpose exuberance and joyful fun that continue to be the hallmarks of the festival to this day. The evening will feature Dee Dee Bridgewater, Ambrose Akinmusire, Chris Potter, Benny Green, Christian McBride, and Lewis Nash. Friday, February 22. Details here.
